Life Balance (by Kath): Find a way to make one ‘must do’ on your list fun.
Physical Balance (by Wendy): Side shuffle as long as one of your rooms. Keep your toes pointed forward. Use the ankle stabilizers. Go back and forth 10 times. (there and back is 1ce)
Nutritional Balance (by Nat) : Practice the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy, the other 20% is because we’re human and are striving for BALANCE not perfection
