Physical Balance (by Wendy) : Mow the lawn.
Nutritional Balance (by Nat): It’s time to break up with Joe. Caffeine is a stimulant that, overtime, blunts the mind and contributes to adrenal burnout. When you rely on external stimulants you loose your body’s own ability to produce these important chemicals of motivation.
