Life Balance (by Kath) : What in life is like an ‘old sweatshirt’ – Is this comfort holding you back?

Physical Balance (by Wendy) : Find a friend and go for a walk or jog. Find a topic that you can talk forever about – something that really fires you up. Maintain the conversation while walking briskly or jogging.

Nutritional Balance (by Nat): Use a few drops of tea tree oil diluted in olive oil for acne or skin fungal infections. Just dab it on.
