Life Balance (by Kath): In what situations do you automatically answer no? Is that in service of a value?
Physical Balance (by Wendy): Try a new class anywhere this week.
Nutritional Balance (by Nat): Snack on sea vegetables. Try Wakame, Nori, Dulse or Kombu. Throw it into soups, stir-fry’s or stews for a salty flavour and antioxidant punch.
